"They"? Only the front tire is wearing like that. The rear is perfectly fine.

Isn't a cupped tire worn down in spots?
This tire is worn all along the right side of the crown. Worn evenly all the way around...on the right.

It's got about 10k miles on it, fwiw ... lol ...

The bike goes down the road straight, as far as I can tell.

I meant just the front and I was looking at it on my phone so lost some of the detail, but that is weird Yeah, a cupped tire is just worn down the middle all the way around

Most people don’t sit on their bike exactly square so you will see tires wear slightly off center due to being in a 1-2 degree lean all the time.
I’m constantly recentering my *** cause I’m sitting crooked.

I imagine that someone who rides a circular route for his/her rides most times, and always in the same direction, could conceivably get an off-center tread wear pattern.

A race track is of course an ultimate example . . .

Man, it's weird though ... right?

The back tire really is wearing normally. I'm thinking ... if I was always leaned to the right a degree or two, the rear would wear unevenly as well, right?

Maybe it has something to do with the Ride On that I used to balance that tire?
On the other hand, I've used that stuff on rear tires before and they have all worn evenly/normally.

Man, it's ****in' weird and it's bugging me

I'll post that foto in the main forum .... maybe more dudes will see it

Nsr, change the tire and check all the items you should, like fall away, bearings, and alignment. In sure you are aware or have done that already, but.....I'm interested if the tire is seperating, or if its something to do with the wide front ends with single disks? Could it be some small movement produced while applying the front brake? Definately is a pronounced wear pattern. Here is a pic of my front and it is slightly worn more on the right side than the left (caliper side).

Checking the alignment is a particularly good idea. If the tires are misaligned, you need to be constantly correcting the steering, which would explain the off-centre front tire wear.

Or, if the forks somehow got a subtle bend in them, like by hitting a pothole or a bad driveway-to-street joint, while angled over making a turn, you might create something like this wear pattern.
