Nevermind, found it. Part part # 67800223

My plan is to
-remove the license plate and bracket
- keep left side spacer to shorten gap
- buy a second left side spacer to use on the right side so that spacing is same on both sides.

I saw one post saying this can't be done? Does anyone have personal knowledge of doig this?

I've searched online and spent 30 minutes at the parts counter with no success. They said they see the described part but the left and right both have the same part number which doesn't make sense because they are different. They had a breakout on the showroom floor so I walked he parts manager over me showed him what I was referring to and he became even more stumped. Said he would have to call harley cooperate.

Has anyone relocated the license plate and used the right spacer on the left side to even things out?

You mean brakes? Not yet but I've been suggested to see if I can put the front Touring caliper on the BO. It's the Brembo 6 pistons and should improve the braking action.

Got the fender off and the lights and license plate bracket disassembled for pc.

I'm looking for last minute advice....

Does anyone know what bold covers would work for the fender bolts? I was thinking of powder coating them but i think it may cause issues and they are just goin. To get a scratched during re-install.

What black bolt covers could I use?

If anyone was wondering like I was

Here is a pick of the difference between the left side (shorter spacer) and te right side rear turn signal spacer. You could use the right side on both sides to tuck in the turn signals a bit but there will be a small gap.

I ordered and installed a second throttle side "spacer" when I moved the plate to the axle...did not think to try two left side spacers for a sleeker look. Interested to see how it turns out if you go that route. In any event, glad my plate is moved!

Default Finally Blackline Console installed

So after the first attempt prior to the initial delivery failed, the mechanics at the dealership now managed to install my Blackline dash.

They admitted that I, respectively all of you who had done the mod before, were right. It's close but it works without issues. But I have to point out that they have not done the mod before...was their first time, too.

Now I'm quite happy with the (of course) expected result. At the same time they mounted my Slipstream passenger foot pegs, the voltage regulator cover and removed the stock tank emblems.

So by now the first round of mods has come to an end. More to come during winter storage...except maybe for the custom solo seat

Really nice, mate!
Blackline console really looks like the proper and correct console on BO! Such a clean contour on the tank!

Are there any brake lever and shifter lever options aside from the ones Harley sells? Maybe even a new set of forwards. I can't seem to find anything.

Try "Supreme Legends". They make really nice forward controls including brake reservoirs and levers. Check their fitment though, as the Breakout is a relatively recent model. Calling them might be the best way to start. Be prepared though to spend $600 to $750 (depending on where you actually buy them - big variances on selling prices by their dealers).

I had a set of Supreme Legends on my last bike, a Honda VTX 1800R, and they were simply awesome. Fantastic looks, plenty of adjustability, and I customized them further via Kuryakyn mini-footboards versus pegs. Lots of choices, as Supreme Legends and Kuryakyn both uphold HD fit standards (same threads, etc).
