Rod- Nothing in chrome that I know of. It may be easiest to buy a decent used one off ebay, they do come up on occasion, and have it stripped / chromed.
both of these part numbers will fit-
--------------------
Sportster 1200 68t rear belt pulley and bolts:
2011 XL1200 pulley PN 40444-07 Retail $197 or can use PN 40350-07 as it is still used on the 2013 XL1200 72. the 40350-07 has a machine finish outer rim where the 40444-07 has a black outer rim. both have the machine finish detail on the inner part of outer rim with the black dots. otherwise it's the same sprocket. Sportster bolts are 7/16 - 14 x 1-3/4" PN 3899 hex bolt with locktight patch $1 each

Yeh not too bad on pricing for a custom ordered pulley. if one were to pay $160-ish for the Sportster pulley new (surdyke), plus bolts / washers ($10) and have it stripped / chromed ($100-ish), you'd be almost at the $300 mark anyway.
I'm still lookin for a beater 70t pulley from on 06 dyna so I can see if the 30t / 70t pulley combo will work with the stock 133t belt. it looks *so* close but won't know until I try.
My Target Tune module showed up yesterday - sweet. need to get wb o2 bungs fitted on the VH pipes.

That's a 7" light. The Breakout uses a 5 3/4" light
LA_Dog, what kind of a headlight are you using? A short ways back in this thread you mentioned that it's an LED. Did you just replace the H4 bulb in the HD reflector? Or something more? I've got one of the Primo LED's on my bike. It's OK, but I'm always on the lookout for something better. I got it for the built-in turn signals.
Also - LA, after switching to your new LED signals up front, were you able to do anything to correct the way your speedo signal indicators flash?
