How were the grips to change out? Difficult? I have a set of Bursts to put on.
Thx!
They where no problem at all. There are a couple of good you tube videos on changing grips. Here is a link to one that gives you a good idea of what needs to be done. Hope it helps
Another couple mods done. The back has been dropped 2 inches and the pegs, shifter, and brake pad match the grips. Still a long way to go to get it where i want but I am happy with the progress.
Thanks buddy. I just switched out the bottle cap badges for a pair of cvo badges i snagged off ebay. I think they flow so much better with the bike. I'll post up a pic of those later
I used the softail lowering kit. You dont have to remove the shock and it gives you the option to lower it 1.5 or 2 inches. Fairly easy install as well. Here is the link to there web page.

It rakes the front end a little more so it is harder to monuever at slow speeds and you have to watch cornering because you will scape more. Other than that, rides fine and the look is amazing
What brand and where did you source the chin fairing from please?
OBTW Totally sick ride!
i believe its the one on the harley site...its like $369 AND ONLY COMES IN CHROME AND IT ALSO SAYS IT DOESNT FIT breakout, but sure looks like it does!...would have to get it powder coated imo like he did on that cvo...if thats the one your talking about...#57006-03 chrome bullet front spoiler
