EagleRay, any possibility of him making the exact same seat as yours with some black stitching and shipping it to the US?! Looks killer.

Note that you do need to start with a stock Breakout seat.

I think I'm going to have to "steal" this design as well- with titanium gray stitching and maybe a charcoal Mercedes leather.

Ya I read his thread, just thinking my location and by the time I find someone and explain this and that and go over it all, someone who already has done it exactly would be easier to just say yes order 1 if that makes any sense.

just print out the pictures from the thread, bring to upholsterer with your stock seat. Say "i want that". Specify your material and gel foam. that's pretty much it. good upholsters LOVE pictures since they can work off of it.

BTW you can use a strip of 3M industrial velcro for the rear of seat hold down instead of suction cups. I use that on my dirt bike seats and that stuff does not move at all. but it's easy to pull up to take off.

Another option for customizing your seat is Mean City Cycles. He is a sponsor on this forum and has access to that thread. If you send him a link I'm sure he can hook you up.

His name is Allen. His username is BadX:

Here's a link to his thread:

His website: http://www.meancitycycles.com/

He has great reviews and does great work.

didnt think about using the industrial velcro/or that lock type velcro..thanks for the idea!...on another note when you powder coated your fender struts is there a way to pull wires through the struts without splicing anywhere....do they disconnect from bullets?...i have them off but havent gotten around to pulling them through...disconnected them from plugs so far
