Default When is a tuner needed?

I have a 2014 BO and it has vance and hines 2 into 2 and a roland sands air cleaner and i was wonder what i could get away with before i need a tuner?

Can't is a strong word. You CAN do whatever you like, it's your bike. I wouldn't ride it like that if it were mine.

This being my first harley my knowledge is very little but my experience with snowmobiles kinda helps me understand that with the exhaust and increased air flow it would be running lean? What i have on it now are the only motor modifications external and internal ill be doing for the foreseeable future what would be a decent cost effective way to richen it up and make it street able?

I know its been mentioned on here about Thunderbike's 23" front wheel, but has anyone looked into it or put one on?

You really should do a search and form your own opinion. Which tuner is probably one of the most asked questions on this forum. My personal opinion, if you never intend to do anything at all other than filter and exhaust, and you have a smart phone, buy the Vance and Hines Fuelpak 3. If you think you may do more mods later buy a Dynojet Power Vision.

Thanks to 24v to all the great information and feedback
Couldn't resist the bars

I still have more work to do (seat, mirrors)
But this is where I'm at now..

Carlini should start sending me a cut. I know of at least half a dozen Breakouts running those bars now. Haha
