Default New Breakout to the Forum

I just wanted to introduce myself to you guys and say I already copied 24v by getting the 14" Carlini Pist Apes. My bike is in the shop for a couple weeks but will post some pics when it's out. I also ordered a Danny Gray seat with a white gator inlay before I just saw 24v got one, I also had one on my Slim which I sold. I posted a couple pics even though it's not done yet.

Welcome to the forum. I see you have good taste in bars.
Don't worry about copying the seat mine is pretty original, I also just modded it to make it cleaner, and a little more "one off".

There really isn't much originality in this world anyways. There are only so many ways to customize a Harley. Enjoy your ride, and post a few pictures when you get it out of jail.

Take the chrome tab off the back of the seat. Cut the "t" bracket so it is just a line, and drill 2 holes in it. Bolt it to where the chrome bracket was. Put 2 of the panel clip nuts, shown in image below, onto the newly modded bracket. Insert 2 bolts with new nylon washers from underneath fender.

Damn.. That's pretty smart!! . I may have to copy that and ditch the leather strap. Thanks for sharing.

Did you have the seat modified to move you forward a touch? I wanna order this seat, but I'm looking to be moved back in the seat a touch.

No I did not have them move me forward. The seat does move you forward, but that is due to the design, nothing that was changed on mine.

How did you change the seat mount from a 2 bolt to a single bolt mount?
