2nd question - Will a tire like the Avon Cobra 150 fit on the stock front as well?
Dennyyo?
.......... on the 2001 FLSTF fatboy , I don't know , but I doubt it not enough room between the forks . probley a 130 or 140 you'd have to measure to make sure .
Its a 01 FLSTF Fatboy so it has solid rims. I will have to fiddle with the spacers. I have a little smitty lathe so it should be simple...just time consuming
klf33 - Do you think the Dunlop 150 (cruizermax) or the Metz 160 woudl fit on your bike with your mods?
I found this photo from 3 years ago with the CruizerMax 150 (white wall) on the rear you can see it fills the whole thing pretty tight, I saw Metz 160 which was the same widtth.. but to be honest with you, I think a skinny bike is supposed to be skinny, I went back to the 150 (Pirelli) and next year 140 , I like the skinny tire with the skinny fenders .. I like my bikes like my women LOL

That's a good argument, so why do I like fat rear tires along with skinny women? (attached photo)
