If you look carefully, you'll notice that the fender mounts on the disc side are longer than the other side. Everything is offset about 1/4 inch. H-D did this for tracking purposes.

Thanks QC, I didnt even notice that. So heres what I did. I wanted my wheel as centered as it could get but the 99 fatboy fork leg was set up for the single puston caliper so I made a bracket that would allow me to adapt the newer style caliper off my 07 fxst. So now my wheel is only about 1/8 off center. Heres a puck of the braket installed. Its looks kinda bulky in pic but its not that bad.

Here is an up to date pic. I have the frontend and front fender complete and rear fender mocked up. Now im just working on what im gonna do for rear brake light and licenseplate holder. I wanna still be able to mount bags so a sidemount wont work. Plus there is a big gap I dont particularly like behind the rear fender so probably gonna mount the plate behind rear fender.

Here are some updated pics of what went on this winter. Put a fatboy frontend on, customized and chopped a fatbob rear fender....fenders are not painted yet, just primed. Not sure what color im gonna go with. Plus I wanted to ride around and make sure it all works out. My signals are built into the license plate bracket I made. the tag bolts are from custom dynamics. I think im gonna order alloy art strut mount signals for more lights. Im also looking for a solo seat if anyone has.

I've got an 05 Night Train I am doing similar to. It's a bit of a Frankenstein. I put a 13 Slim triple tree and 08 Fatboy fork lowers. I habe the exact same front wheel. I've upped the axle from 3/4 to 25mm. I am at a loss for the wheel spacing and caliper placement. Need help from those who've done the build already!
