Default 2-2 Big Radius

All i can say is that they sound great especially when you crack down on the throttle! Not tinny...just right! You will not be disappointed!

I have these on my Fatboy. They do sound a little tinny to the rider imo. My son and I switched bikes one day and when you are not on it they sound very deep almost like a v8. Im very happy with them.

they come with baffles installed don't they?
They come with baffles installed, and are loud - you can get quieter baffles.

Hi,

since I bought my 07 SB Dyna I had mounted

-screamin eagle mufflers
-short shots
-Big shots
-Big Radius 2-1
-Hi-Pro 2-1

and the last one Big Radius 2-2 and NO I haven't received any discounts yet from Vance & Hines! hahahaha

When I bought the Hi-Pro 2-1 system which is by the way one of the best exhaust system that I ever had, IMO, I didn't want to change anymore.
Gain in all over the range, specially in the MID-range TQ!
Nice sound, deeeep veeery deep, tons of baaasss almost similar to this typical Road glide, electra twin exhaust systems.
But since I'm workin on my Dyna Bagger project I had to change my tubes coz I didn't want to drill a hole in my fender+bagger-saddlebag.
I bought the Big Radius 2-2. I fit them on, changed my MAP (Powervision) and after about 5 min I decided to do the Autotune.

I was missing already my HiPro exhaust system, it is really noticeable the differnece between a 2-1 or a 2-2 system. Beside, I have the Heavy Breather Kit from SE and 255 cams.

I bought the Big City Thunder QQ Baffles (QBL 1845) and it had an awsome improvement all over the range!

My recomendation: 2-1 systems are veeery nice. But if you like the style of the tubes (BR 2-2looks great!) than go for it and buy directly the BCT baffles! here in Spain I had to go for the QBL 1845 (changes the sound to deeper, bass sound) coz the cops here..well lets say "they do their job" :-) and on the other side for 200 mile trips I think it is quite recomenndable ;-)

saludos

After 5 months of stock, my BR 2-2 seemed louder than hell but I've never been stopped and I've had the police/sheriffs all around me. The "trick" is not to get on it when they're around. Even then, they know it's a Harley and I guess they expect if to be loud.

Chicks right, they are loud with baffles, as he said, just stay out the throttle when U need to and you should be OK.

Streetboy80 said the same thing every tuner Tech told me....
I have the black 2-2 on my 08 FatBob and love the loud sound.
They look and sound great. As for if you are going to upgrade
latter on for performance, you might want to do some research.
