Default Billet Hand Grips

I like the HD billet hand grips (either wide or narrow band). The parts person at the dealer says the black rubber bands usually only last a season before they start to go bad. He also said Harley does notoffer replacement bands (WTF?). Anyone have any first hand experience with these products? Also, anyone have a hand grip that they really think stands above the rest? Thank you, Brent.

I have the narrow bands. I like 'em!

I've had them on for at least 4 years and they look pretty much good as new.
