My husband and I both have an '06 Deluxe (fuel injected) and we went with the Rush Slipons with the 2" baffles. Our local HD dealer was able to order them for us. We were under the impression that no tuning or other mods would be necessary if we stayed with the 2" or lower baffle. This wasn't the case. We ended up putting on S/E AC and SERT with Dyno tuning. We were getting alot of decel popping noise. The funny thing is that both bikes are exactly the same but my husbands has a little deeper, throatier sound to it. Today was the first day that I rode with my 1/2 helmet (been wearing 3/4 and ears have been covered) and I was much more impressed with my sound than before. I had been thinking about moving up to the next baffle size but today I was quite satisfied with the sound.

"my husbands has a little deeper, throatier sound to it" ???
The grass is always greener on the other side, isn't it? [sm=joke.gif]

I've got the 2.25 and they're fine. A little loud for me, but fine.
