Cool.

Can I ask......what windshield (and how tall.....18"-21") is that? I need one for my Deluxe.

Thanks

My wife sat on a Deluxe for the first time the other day, and I couldn't wipe the smile off her face. It isn't time for us yet though. She hasn't had her Sportster long enough for me to be willing to take the hit.
Beautiful bike.

Congrats to your wife and to you for having a wife to ride with. I see you did what I also did, yank the rear pillion pad and rack off and remove the ugly azz reflectors. Had both things off in first half of an hour of having her home.

Yup, as soon as we pulled in the carport she said the back seat and reflectors have to go.

Not sure of the windshield size, I had them add it because she hates riding without some kind of protection.

Tonight I am replacing the bars with some mini apes I had laying around and also replacing the windshield with a small Windvest windscreen, she doesn't like the large windshield.

So far so good, we went on a ride and she loved the way it handles in the turns. So I guess I did good for once.

Every time I think about 'buying the wife' something or her 'buying me' something, it's both our monies in the bank so half of it comes from the other anyway, so it's not quite the same. Have to say I envy someone who has that kind of cash to buy their significant other something like that without them contributing half.
