The boards look good on your bike because you have so much stuff on there already they blend right in. I worry with my bike being so plain, they may just stand out like a sore thumb.

Your bike looks really sharp, it's a long way from plain. I think black boards would look great!

I guess that depends on how you like the cables. Mine fit pretty much perfect with no excess slack.

Hey 24v
I have a questions regarding the setup
I have a 1.75 inch riser and the stock breakout speedometer

Would it still work? Or is it recommended to switch the CVO riser?

Also what is this part needed for
-Harley Transmission Side Cover Gasket part# 36805-06
Is it part of the apes setup?

The stock 1.25" risers will work fine with this setup except you may want some cables that are 2-4" longer as the stock risers are taller. That is also the reason I di not keep them. I don't like the way apes look with tall risers.
The trans cover gasket is because you need to open that cover to replace the clutch cable, so you need a new gasket when you put it back on.

For me it was more about function. The bike is so much more comfortable to ride with the apes.
