I'm not claiming to be expert, but his dyno number's rear wheel number's, and I know lot of people do not like 2 in 1 header , say's dosn't have harley sound or look , I have 2 in 1 D&D Boarzzilla header with performance baffle, It sound's harley, and yes on loud side but to me a tuned loud ,not pipe's with hole's in them , that's to me and if you want to drill hole's in your baffle your bike, now I have 06scremin eagle 103 fat boy, s.e.r.t. , K&N, 8mm plug wire's,no engine mods. at 1000mile service had dynoed ,allmost 100 degree's and high humidity, I know I would not get these number's if I used another pipe or s.e.r.t, so I'm sure someone will find fault with something, the air & fuel ratio was straight on 13%, when I posted dyno ,I don't recall handle but he had to say it did not mean anything because the tuner had W.O.T. So what? bike run's tip top to me, and hell of lot better after tune, had allready Installed part's when first bought bike, and I'm not about to go to dyno room and tell tuner how to tune, good way to not get good tune if question his way's, just the spec. number's on new bike is not rear wheel, so sorry for long post , just my 2 or 3 cent's, GOOD LUCK ON NEW BIKE

Also was told I ruined my Fat Boy with 2 in 1 pipe, they only look good on dyna or duece or night train, also I think he said had 5 or 6 new or allmost new harley's, so he had to be expert how I dressed out MY bike, how can you ride or maintain or pay for all bike's, must be well off, so what, only ride one at time, and I sure enjoy my bike, maybe he was Jay Leno?

I bet you did have a 750 Honda with better numbers. The rating MOCO gives on page 17 of owners manual is crankshaft horsepower. The 76 hp is SAE rear wheel corrected power on a Dynojet 250i. I have Dyno'd several 07's with similar power output. Thedifference is called "chassis loss."I have several different charts form different combination of '07's and would be glad to share them with you, ifYOU would like to look again. The pipes were 2-INTO-2 STAGGERED DUAL EXHAUST, not a 2-into-1. I have not dyno'd these pipes yet and thought someone would like to know.
Purple haze, Nice looking bike, graphs look good, I have tuned alot of the 103's with similar results. Nice stock motor to squeze 100 hp out of. The new 110's with same upgrades have about the same output.

If you plan on doing a baseline run on a new bike, what's the minimum miles you want in order to be sure you are getting a solid read? I've got about 500 on my Springer (shhhhhussshhh. I've been ridin' the Sporty.). I've got a few more mods to go before I am ready to check the numbers. But even then I'm sure I'll be under 1K.

Thank's gutman I thought he said 2 in 1 ,so I f...up again, yes I would wait till 1000 mile service then you can get it all done, even might not charge much more on labor if stand up service manager, yeah I had guy come at me about air fuel ratio's and some people need to know that is important, run to lean cook motor, run to rich, run's like s... I'm not looking to be high H.P monstor motor, just a-lot of money and then you may not last as long, I know guy's who spend money to make 140 h.p why? If speed is what you crave get hyabusa, I walk with slight limp from wanting to be the fastest and I was till I lost it woke up in hospital, oh well it's your money and life, my bike start's right up and it will lay rubber, just not so fast so you may not get into trouble like I did, and depenable so far, so any way think's again for liking dyno and when the 07's came out I really thought I wanted110C.I C.V.O, but have heard few bug's in some of them, so for now I will ride this horse. THANKS AND GOOD LUCK
