Default RSD - Black Ops vs. powder?

I'm considering putting apes on the Slim, and was diggin' Roland Sands Design's King Apes.

Started digging, and found that they offer the same bars two different ways - the Black Ops version, and the Black Powdercoat version.

I can't tell from their website or any other source I have turned up just what the heck the difference is? They spec out the same, and the photos show the same bar.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

The Black Ops is going to be more of a Matte/Flat Black while the Black Powdercoat is a glossy finish. They are the same handlebars and look both look great.
