Default Speedo Fogging up?

So my speedo is fogging up at the lower portion of the glass. My first thought is that the seal is bad. So I call up the dealership and ask if the speedo is covered under my extended warranty.

The dealership tells me that they all (speedos) do that especially in high humidity areas such as TN. I think to myself, I have never had any issues with others that I've had. Thinking this wouldn't be an acceptable standard for Harley Davidson to have crappy instrumentation that fogs up on humid or rainy days.

Should I call them back and call bull**** and get them to replace it. If they all do it then everyone here should have the similar issue. Any comments?

Mine have all done it. It dries out... Doesn't bother me or affect the speedo.

I have one of the new analog speedo/tachs from H-D and it does it too.
I even take care to wrap it with plastic and a rubber band at each wash.
It's only happened a couple of times but 10 minutes in the sun and it's gone

They're lying. They don't ALL do it. Mine does it because the seal was broken, my fault, but it never did it before. I'd definitely call them on it, that's bullshit

A couple of weeks after a good rain, I saw moisture on the glass at the bottom. But after riding in the hot sun for a few hours, it went away and I haven't seen any since.
