Turn signal will not flash

Turn signal will not flash
I have a 98 Fatboy. The left turn signal will not flash. Stays on solid when the switch is depressed. The right signal works fine. The 4-way flashing mode works fine. I already replaced the turn signal module and that changed nothing accept the money in my bank account went down by $150.
Does anyone have any ideas for me, I'm all out.
