I've been checking out various pics of a Slim and came across these bars in this pic. Anyone know what brand and estimated height? I'm guessing 16".

Look like maybe Carlini.
The Roland Sands are similar but have the supports at the bends.

 

I agree with JRuss, could be a Carlini, but it may be a Licks bar as well. Very tough to say from that picture. I would also agree with your assumption of that being a 16" bar.
