My American Custom slipon's with the Mid-Rumble baffles will be here tomorrow. Hope I like the sound, I hear nothing but good things about the sound so I am sure it will rule over the stock mufflers. I am a firm believer that if anyone rides a Harley they should make it sound like a Harley and in my opinion the stock slipon's from the factory should be outlawed .. Lol .. I do have a hearing loss for being a machine gunner for 18 months serving our Uncle.sometimes I think about why I lost my ears to this guy, Oh well I did do my part way back then.

 

Congrats on the purchase. I believe to each his own sound, but I agree that the stocks don't sound deep or loud enough for an American bike. One of the best upgrades I've done was installing D& D slipons. My bike has a deep rumble that doesn't wake ALL of the neighbors in the morning.

 

Well my slipon's are on...I love the sound...A nice tone going down the highway and sounds like a Harley and if I twist the throttle she really talks...Just right as I see it.
