Default Bags for 05 Fatboy

Anyone have an opinion on bags for a 05 Fatboy, I have V&H staggered bigshots so I have room for bigger bags, was looking at Boss bags, they have several sizes and styles to choose from, and look like they are a quality product, but pretty pricey, If they are that much better than others I can understand the price, but don't know anyone who has them, any opinions ??

I love mine.
Softtail Bags...
Because I have the lower pipes I can get away with Soft Tail bags , and I did not have to relocate the tail lights...

Boss bags are good quality. You might also look at Iron Bags. There are several members on this site that have bought them, including myself.

I second the Iron bags. Ive had boss bags before and they are great quality too with out a doubt. That being said, I prefer the Iron bags to the Boss bags. There are alot more options to choose from on the Iron bags like the cargo straps for the lids and studs and fringe and so on. Like tmitchellof PGpointed out, take a look at the web sight. Babs also has them, he has the Iron Max bags which are huge, tmitchellof PG and I both have the Iron thunder bags. I choose not to relocate my turn signals but tmitchell had to because of the chrome seat on this SE fatboy. give them a call thier customer service is top notch and im sure they would be glad to answer any questions you may have.

I think mine were about 850 if I remember correctly. Thats with the cargo straps for the lid. If you take a look at the web sight you can get all the prices for everything.

Thanks for all the advice, I went with the Leather Pro's, picked them up yesterday and was very happy with the quality, also liked them better than the Boss because the width on the opening is about an inch more and they were $300 less. They also have an option for "long straps" which come over the top of the bags and will be real handy to strap your jacket downto.
