Symptoms of a bad lifter

Lately iv been hearing more and more loud valve train noise/tapping coming from the upper head area on my front cylinder. Could this be a bad lifter. 2012 fatboy lo 103 with 11400 miles. What is every ones experience with harleys cheap lifters

I have 33 k on my 96" and I am going to change the lifters this winter...Not loud yet, but I don't trust them much past 30k...not worth the risk to the motor...getting some quality after market ones installed.
