Default Cholos and the Wife

So, what do you all do about that left pipe being so close to the passenger's foot? I've got extended pegs from having bags, but she'll still really have to watch burning her shoe on that pipe...

My guess is footboards would place her foot further from the pipe than extended pegs. My wife has never touched her shoe to the left pipe.

Tie her shoe laces to the pegs! Come man, it says right there in the Samson manual.

But ya didn't take long for my OL to scratch mine. I have already accepted the fact that every couple years a round of powder coats is needed.

I just leave my wife at home and ride solo. Sorry I could not answer your question but that is what works for me.

Yeah, I, too, sat the wife on the bike tonight and said "see that pipe? It gets really hot". No way I'm spending $300 on another set of floorboards, that's for sure.
