It's easy, you just need to be patient with the Ferrules at the end of the Throttle and Idle cables. Everything fits tightly in the housing so you also need to be mindful of where the wires and pull-ties go. And don't forget to use a shim between the brake light switch and brake lever before disassembling housing.

Pretty easy job.Make sure you squeeze your brake lever and wedge it in that position so it doesn't break the brake switch.Loosen the throttle and idle cables.I just did each half at a timetaking note ofthe routing of the wires.Another thing to watch for is that little wedge on the end of the thumb screw.Make sure it's in the proper position for re assembly.

Don't forget to measure the throttle adjusters before you loosen them. This way you will return them to the exact same settings. I did mine and it was pretty easy. If you can grab an extra set of hands to help hold things that would be a plus!

I agree with all of the above.
Remember to smile and have fun when working on the scoot.

piece of cake bro! Just do it! If you brake something, which you won't, you can always replace it. Don't worry. Just get your hands in it and get it done.

NO S##T!...I changed my grips and swapped my switch covers out to chrome (left the housings stock) and while I was doing the throttle side I dropped one of those ferrules...spent a half hour looking for it! [:@]
