Purple Haze, from what I can tell all the CVO bikes had the 25 degree injectors installed. The non CVO bikes had the 8 degree injectors installed untill mid Feb. 2006, when the factory started putting 25 degree injectors in all bikes. The 8 degree injectors were new to the 2006 year, and I'm not sure why they started using them in the first place. I'm not sure what was in before. At any rate I have the 8 degree injectors and have no problems whatsoever. I spoke with a few people, and everyone said "if it's not broke, don't fix it." Also, in talking to a few local dealers, theyweren't going to do anything unless there was a real problem. Also, since I have pipes / SERT, I think this was going to complicate things from their end, as far as attributing any problems to the injectors. But again, I don't have any problems. 5,000 miles on the bike.
