Jay, I'm thinking about doing that over the winter, can you post a pic? Oh, and how'd the break-in go with the Sprotor? Hope you're enjoying that bike!

Drew had the same problem when he went with an open primary. I think he ended up making and attaching a bumper stop to keep the kick stand clear.

Hopefully I can get a chance to take another look at it tomorrow.
Probably see if I can stop the one I have now from going up all the way then.

Why don't you post a pic so we can see where it's hitting? Mine hit the stand where you catch your foot to raise and lower it. I just bent it with a rubber mallet. It took like 5 minutes.

All went well with the open drive. Had a small oil "leak," but it was just residual and was dry by 250 miles. They really attack a pair of pants if you have any length on them...

The rear sprotor has been great, and stops well. I have not changed the pads yet, but have put about 1500 miles on the system.

The stuff was so easy to do I may order an exile roller bike kit for my next project. this may sound crazy, but I want to build an exile bagger. Next time I'm in LA, going to stop by and see if they have any good ideas for frame dimensions etc.

Had that problem on my chopper. The local shop welded a little bump stop on the frame for me.
