Looks like you wish you would have bought a Night Train. Does look damn good...bought the Heartland 200 EZ Conversion kit for mine...fender and rock guard are in the paint shop now.

Tim

Yeah, sometimes I do wish I had. But I figure the blacked-out engine might be a little TOO much. Then other times I want it to all blend in with the asphalt. I guess that's why I need more bikes.

I'd like to see that 200 once it's done. It would have been a whole lot easier if I didn't have to offset the trans and put on the new swingarm.
I'll definitely post some pics when it's done...should be in a couple of weeks. I got the passenger seat too...my wife can't wait till it's on. LOL

Here's a pic of a Deuce with the 180 conversion and the passenger seat.

Thanks for the comments on the seat. Do post updates after your trip, I'd be interested in your review of use on a long ride.
On the trip it seemed like I could go about 120 miles or so before my butt started to hurt and I shifted around a lot. I'd stop at around 150-180 miles for gas. With a short 10 minute stretch my butt was good for another 120 miles or so.

On the way home, I got rained on and the seat got wet. It seems like the leather loosened and stretched a bit while it was drying and now sort of conforms to my butt's natural, elegant, beautiful curvature. The last hundred miles or so of the ride were the most comfortable of the whole trip. I think it just needed to be broken in properly.

I forgot to take photos of the second seat before my trip. I'll try to get that done tonight.

I love mine ! It's only a 180. You have to lower it, but too far or else it can bottom out on the rear fender

Dick, I don't know if your still following this string at this late a date. I found the string because I'm thinking about doing the 250 kit. Mostly because of the passenger seat.
I saw it years aggo on TM Blackhawk 240 and with the little lady not riding all the time it's a great way to convert to solo.
I actually wrote to tell you I noticed the post card you use for a signature is your bike. Was that planned?
I also was wondering how different is it from riding on your stock tire. I have a 1992 FXSTC and it's my winter project.
Thanks, Easy
