Easiest way to do that is to open up your photo software...usually there is an option about compressing pictures, or changing their size...won't change how it looks though. Change them to 640x480 or somewhere in there...comes out about right and won't crush the guys that are still using modems...

Thanks Pilot, yea i just had a brain fart, when i looked at the pictures i realized i had them set at 300 dpi for printing. when i changed them to 72 dpi (plenty for video monitor) they came out alot better. i posted those in the parts for sell thread. thanks again for your help with the pictures.
