Yes, they were.

There was a short bit on TV about an LST in Evansville this morning. One of the last remaining.

Okay day six and the challenge still stands. Lets get rolling again. I'll bump the challenge to your bike in front of a roadside produce stand. No Glasses required on seat but any fruit or vegie will do.

Oh man I should have checked the last one. Seattle uses the 'Ducks' to give tours through the city and water area. Now fruit stands.. oh man, the cherry stands are all over. Now if I could only get away from my desk to jump on the bike.

If I would have been home this past week I would have nailed the Ducks. They do the same thing in the Wi Dells. Only a two hour ride away.

Greetings fellers...
I haven't been around much lately, but this morning my son basically told me to get out of the house and go for a ride - something I haven't done in nearly a month.
I just lost my wife of 25 years quite unexpectedly a couple of weeks ago to pneumonia.
We never saw it coming.
I took her into the hospital ER and in just 8 days she was gone.
Apparently the infection was so severe, she never responded to the antibiotics.

Anyway... I've just been hanging around and moping around the house, and today being Father's Day, my son (last kid still at home & just out of college) did me a favor and pretty much threw me out.
I'm glad he did too since I really needed that.
A little wind therapy sure helps in getting your head straight.
As long as I was out I figured what the hell so I stopped and snapped this photo to try and get back into my life a little bit.
I don't know how much I'll be around but this is a start.

..and don't forget to tell those close to you that you love them, because you might not get the chance tomorrow...
