Default 01 Deuce 200 tire?

What factory parts from the later model Deuce do I need to install a 200 on mine? Any part numbers would be awesome.

The later model Deuce only had a 160 on it like the earlier ones. To get a 200 on mine, I put a 17x6 wheel off a Softail custom on it. This requires shaving and grinding on the swing arm and caliper along with either machining the stock pulley or purchasing and installing a thinner pulley and belt. You’ll have to use spacers to align everything. You’ll also have to shave the inner fender supports are these will rub if you ever lower it.

I thought the later models had a thinner belt which allowed for a 200 to fit.

They do. You can do a wider wheel with a thinner belt (20MM) and belt pulley. I think a 17x6.25 will be pushing it width wise. We designed a kit that utilizes an 18x5.5 for this.
Check out the Deuce 200 tire kit.

That's right, forgot about the 18x5.5. That extra clearance means all the difference. OP would probably still want to think about shaving the inner fender supports so he doesn't rub if he ever bottoms out. I don't know that he would though unless he lowered the bike. Mine would be horrendous if I didn't do that. I'm running a 2" collar kit.
