Default Heritage front rim questions

I bought a 21x2.15 rim cheap and was thinking of putting it on my 1992 heritage classic. What would I have to do to make it fit and what is the widest tire I can put on it? I realize I need to change the fender. Thanks

It all depends on what bike the rim you bought is made to fit? What kind of bearings are in it? What size are the bearings? There are a lot of things to take into consideration.

Ya I saw another rim on ebay the other night 21x3.25 60 spoke so I bought that. And then bought a 120-70 tire. So if anyone wants the 21x2.15 it's for sale.
