Default Fatboy, footbard extenders

Looking for input about the Kuryakyn footboard extenders, or any other offering out there. I have the 3/4" one on the FLHTK but the ones for the Fatboy are different, 1" out and 1" forward. My foot seems too close to the bike to get good use of the footboards and probably not in the best position when I add the footpegs on the engine guard.

Any input on these specifically or any other varieties would be appreciated. Lots of discuussion on the touring side, not any I can find on the softail.

Ive used the Kury relocators on both my Fatboy and my Road Glide and love them. moving them out and forward 1" works for me at 6"3" with a 34" inseam it put the boards in a very comfortable spot. Just moving them out 1" alone is better than stock but the 1" forward makes a big difference if you are tall

When HD sued them for using the name in their product. Nasty biz that.

Great product though.
