Mounting Kuryakyn Retracable Passenger Pegs 4389

Does anyone know what I need to mount these retractable passenger pegs on my 98 softail? I am having one heck of a time on this one. Thanks

yes I saw page, but im looking for a part number for the model specific(98 softail) splined adapters. I don't know what I need to get in order for the pegs to fit. There website doesn't help either.
