It was nice out today, so I gave the Harley a bath. It has 16"dukes bars, shortshots exhaust, duke a/c, sidemount plate from road6customs, edgecut levers and pegs, and a swinarm bag. I am thinking about ditching the shortshots for a pro-pipe.
Nice bike. Personally I like the short shots, that's what I have on my bike but that's just me. Really like the bars you have on there. Apes always look good on the Blackline. Are you planning on lowering it?

if papa joe rides as hard as i do i would not recommend lowering it unless you know for sure you can get some great suspension to handle it.... as it is i want to find better rear shocks while keeping the stock stance.
scraping pegs at 100 kmh on rough roads is kinda.... not comfortable
Probably not gonna lower it. I live in Denver, CO and it drags pegs pretty easy as it is on these mountain roads, and I ride 2-up a lot. I like the shortshots, but I get a little stutter under a constant throttle so I was thinking about a new pipe. I heard the shortshots are hard to get dialed in?
Your 2012 doesn't look too much different than my 2013 in a lot of ways. Looks good!
I think the only difference from 12 to 13, is the sidemount plate you got? I could be wrong. I think the bars, and the seat, made a huge difference in the feel of the bike. From an OIF/OEF vet, thanks for your service!
Nice bike... and yes I noticed bars made a HUGE difference in my ride...seat is next, hows that seat treating you? Likes? dislikes?....and I notice you have the pegs to match my grips.... gotta get those changed out too.
I love the Corbin seat. Was hard to drop the $700 for a seat, but on the advice of a well-trusted friend, I pulled the trigger. No regrets at all. Seat is a little stiff at first, but breaks in great! HUGE improvement over the stock seat with nice lower back support.
