Question Turn Signal question

Hey forum, I recently posted about led turn signals and the use of load equalizers. Thank You for all that replied to it. This question pertains to the color lens of front turn signals. Can red be used instead of amber? Was doing some research and found that amber was the color of choice for most front turn signals. Just curious because was thinking about putting the led signals with red lenses in front to match the rears I'm thinking about purchasing. Thanks again forum for any who replies...

I would do some more research on the laws in your state. Most states do not permit flashing red lights of any kind on the front of your vehicle. They too closely resemble emergency vehicle lighting. It's usually allowable to run amber/yellow or white. But like I said, check your local laws.

Thanks for replying. I just found out in my state, they are illegal. Thanks again...
