Lowered with SS , now belt rubbing . mmm.

I've got the lowering bolts. Had her slammed 3", but it was hitting the bumpers over bumps, drove me nuts even with the pre=load cranked up. So I had to raise her up 1" (as she sits in the pic). I had the belt rub over bumps when it was slammed, no more after raising. I've read the narrow belt is the cure or go to a chain.

ive ridden my bike slammed on the bump stops for 33200 miles and my belt has been rubbing since probably mile 1 and havent had an issue. the top of it just looks polished thats all. as long as it doesnt look like its cutting the belt you are good.
