Default My Heartland 250 Project

I've mentioned it in a few posts. Here are some pics. She started life as a 1988 Heritage Softail. Also want to say thank you for the great information and inspiration I've received here!

New motor? Do I see both exhaust pipes coming out between the cylinders?

Thanks. The motor is the original evo that I had rebuilt by Harley through their remanufacture program. The manifold/carb mount between the cylinders. Exhaust on the outside.

Of course, brain fart, haha.

What kind of rear fender are you going with?

No worries. My brain is constantly farting :0)

Going with the Heartland Wild Heart fender. Its the shortest fender they have. The more tire you see, the better!!

I've always had the rear end of this bike in the back of my mind for my conversion (should it ever come to pass):
