No they didn't get any consequences at all with the law, in fact they made out as my insurance paid for their bikes and injuries. The insurance said it was cheaper to pay them off than to fight it out in court as I could not remember anything of the accident or even two weeks after the accident.

My back tire went over the center line by 6", after crossing up the bike, so the cops said it was my fault. The front end of my bike was 3 feet in my lane where they hit my bike head on. I was in a coma for three days and still don't remember the accident.
