Default What type of exhaust do I have?

Hey I need some help on what exhaust this is and how to make it run top notch. It runs really well but I want to optimize the sound and power. No baffles is too loud. Baffles with fiberglass is too whiney. Baffles alone sound really good but still don't really sound as good as I would like them. Would new baffles from a decent company make these sound good or should I look at switching out the pipes all together. Having the pipes exhaust close to my pant leg does not seem to be a problem so the short length I think I can live with. What do you guys suggest?

They're Santee Y pipes designed by an English guy called John Reed. No real opinion on what you should do with them, try posting a video with some sound you might get more reaction on your question.

you could try inserts like the ones dkcustoms make.

they worked very well for me and i had many compliments on the sound but i had different pipes than you.

Default kind?

You have a noise maker mostly. If you want to improve performance get a 2 into 1. Your ears would ring for a week on a daytrip with that exhaust and noise tires you out. But that's just the opinion of an old gray headed fart with a pile of used exhaust pipes.

Thanks for all your replies. I will run the pipes with just the baffles and seen how things turn out. It sounds pretty good and I will keep my eyes peeled for a new set. These ones are pretty cool looking and I get lots of compliments on them anyways. Pretty badass. Hehe
