98 Heritage 21" wheel?

Even with a low profile tire I think 18 is the biggest wheel you can run "comfortably" under your stock fender, maybe 19".
The taller wheels are mostly made for newer bikes so then yes the newer 1" hubs vs. your 3/4" Evo era setup will need to be modified. Not saying you can't go 21" out front but you will need to find wheels you like then contact the company and tell them what you got.
1998' does this have the speedo drive off the front? Or is it tranny driven?
