Another Breakout Owner!

just test drove a breakout this weekend. it was my original choice before I changed my mind and bought a slim.
IMO, I made the right choice. The breakout fat tire is nice, but annoying when taking turns - it just doesnt want to lean with that fat rear tire. Its a drag bike anyway, so I guess going straight is all that really matters.
And Yes, the slim technically has the worst lean angle of all Harleys, but it CAN handle turns really well given the lean angle issue. That slim rear tire makes taking curves really enjoyable. You just scrape boards a bit, but no real rider cares about scraping his floorboards a bit, right?
Not putting down you guys riding breakout, it is a nice looking bike for sure. Personally Im glad I didnt like it - otherwise it meant I bought the wrong bike lol!

That's awesome man...I think we all know the anticipation of waiting for a bike hehe. Have you seen the 2015 red Breakouts? I'm a little disappointed, they have almost a dark pinkish red look in direct sunlight.

I'm glad you are happy with your choice. The fat back tire actually handles very well once you get used to the extra effort required to get it into the initial lean. I promise to wave as I pass you in the turns though.
