Thanks, Dudes. Some beautiful bikes you have, so I had to get mine up to snuff. haha.

Feels good to be done though. As much as I like wrenching, I like riding more. So only minor things from here on out. Maybe a few years after I pay her off (early I hope) I'll think about a make over.

Bike looks good and the ac cover is cool. Do those pins rattle?

Thanks dudes. No rattle from the pins at all and you don't feel the pin fasteners on your legs.

I've straightened the pins out perfectly even since that pic. Bike is running great with the S&S cleaner and I think this cover lets it breathe pretty well. You can get a 1 inch taller filter too, if you want it to gulp more air.

Sroc. Install will be easy. Only thing to watch out for is the 1/4 hex bolts have pretty weak heads. So if you tighten them to the recommended inch pounds with loctite as recommended, they will be a bioatch to take off if you ever have to. (I found this out when I changed from my old cover to the muscle cover. Stripped a bolt, but got it off and S&S sent a replacement.)

I recommend about 5 fewer inch pounds then recommended on the 1/4 in inch screws. (Big breather bolts you can do to their recommended inch pounds).
