Default Air cleaner question

I have a stage 1 S/E air cleaner set up on my Heritage. I am thinking about replacing the football for something else. If I replace the existing cover and aircleaner, do I have to re-map the powercommander? I just had the bike on a dyno and don't want to go down that road again any time soon. Yeah, I know I should have done it then but I had just spent some bucks on a big bore kit and new exhaust. I wasn't thinking clearly...

pretty much all free flowing air cleaners are the same in that they offer unrestricted air flow... when you buy one, your only real decision is looks.
