I think this style of Samsons in black would look fantastic on your bike with your new tins.
These would be my first choice, but they are for 2012 and up bikes

You'll just have to buy 02 sensor plugs seperately for 2006 and earlier bikes.

From Samsons web page.

It says it does fit 2012 to 2013 Harley Davidson Softail Motorcycles, except Rocker.

2006 and earlier models require O2 sensor plugs, purchased separately.

Call up Samson for more info.

Thanks Man,
thing is I got new tins so my bike is up for major overhaul, , I love fishtails and I think my current pipes will not fly with the candy madness I am going to live in

Still debating 28-33-36, I know 39 is out of the question because I really scrape stuff .

Another vote for M&M. 36" here and I'm plenty satisfied. "Long enough to trip over" as I say, but not long enough to hang a red flag on, heh. In my book, you have to have one killer machine to be able to pull off 42" without looking goofy. They are out there, though, and look sweet.

No problem scraping on roads since the floorboards hit first, but have to watch those driveways.

I'll re phrase that last sentence. Went out today for a good long ride. Seems very easy to scrape them. Scraped them once going around a corner (after the foot boards scraped) and once pulling out of the gas station. Have to pay more attention. 39s or longer would be scraping all the time. That's with the *** end lowered 2".
