Creating a plug'n'play with different handlebars is not really possible/practical. You will need bars, risers, switches, levers, master cylinder, wiring, cables and lines.
However, whenever you want to switch out (from drags to apes or back again), you will have to bleed the front brake, remove dash and raise gas tank for wiring, drain transmission fluid and remove transmission cover (to swap clutch cable) and probably other stuff I've forgotten.
