I just ordered one from Ronnie's hd website. They have parts Fische on there, got that number from a member here though. It's for the slim tank panel.

 

According to the 2013 HD Parts & Accessories catalog, there is only one leather tank panel that fits the Slim.

There may be other aftermarket tank panels that fit the Slim.

 

I was looking for the stock Slim panel to replace the one on my Crossbones.
