Looking for replacement wheels for 06 Fatboy
What's up everyone, new to this forum. Some really nice rides posted in the pics section! I have a 2006 Fatboy that I am starting to shop for replacement wheels. I'm just not in love with the solid cast aluminum stock wheels. I like a lot of the billet wheels out there, but cannot believe the prices of some of these. Where is a good source for good looking, reasonably priced wheels for a Fatboy? Here's a pic of my bike ;-)

Hogpro is a good source. There was someone selling Weld rims in the "parts for sale" section of this site. Check them out and good luck.
I share your sentiment on the stockers and put PM Hooligans on mine.
Good looking scoot and welcome to the forum.

I have a 07 FatBoy and didn't think to much of the stock wheels. So I just bought front and rear Solid Chrome Wheels (Smoothie) from Hogpro and will have them installed in the next few days. There are alot of choices out there, but IMO it ain't a FatBoy without solid wheels. I agree the cast aluminum doesn't do it for me. I'll try and post some pics when the newswheelsare on. BTW,love that green.

A cheap and good looking option is to send in your wheels to www.chromeprosplating.com
For about $600.00 for the set, you'll get this:

Thanks for the responses. I have seen the chrome solid wheels offered by some on ebay and agree, this is a cheap, good looking wheel. I might go this direction if I don't find something else that I like in a good price range, although I think these wheels catch alot of wind riding down theroad.Maybe it's just me, but I feel like I'm getting blown aroundalotif I get up around 70 - 80 MPH. I am also looking at some of the Weld wheels since someone on this site is selling them at well below retail prices. I think my stock wheels are 16". What sizes front and rear are people using on their softails? Any advantages to changing sizes?

Personnaly i think Rick aboves fat daddy rims are the best ive seen on a Fatboy but... i agree with you rims are just too expensive.
Ive settled with 2 stock spoked HD rims of which ive invested 225$ total for the set with new mounted tires. I ll have to be OK with that.
