Not as drastic and cool as others have done, but here's my dash:
I got the HD console kit (part#71202-03) from ebay for a fraction of the orig cost
and the black led gauge, gas cap kit from surdyke (part #75014-06C)
I must say, it changed the look of my dash/console and I'm happy with it

How did you adapt your 5 indicator lights into two?

some great ideas and mods here. I took the cheap approach- stock Breakout dash with 3M DiNoc carbon fiber vinyl applied. it works for now. also a little patch of it on the gas cap to match. woohoo.

LA Dog the details on your bike are great. I think you have great taste.

Tom84fxt I posted your pic on the Heritage Springer forum where it is getting accolades, and the question arose, where did you get the leather basketweave?

Thanks Joe_G- and coming from another member with good taste, I appreciate the compliment. The new seat in the pic above went on last week, but is getting redone next week. The material looks too gray with the rest of the blacks on the bike, the silver stitching is too light, and I've since cut the nose of the seat back another 3/4" so it's more off the tank. it was something custom I did with a donor stock seat and modified stock seat pan. sometimes you do a mod and it just does not turn out quite as well as it did in your head.

Crappy pic...turn signal and neutral indicator in one lens...turn signal and bright light indicator in the other...I have an oil pressure gauge.
