Default Passenger boards on a Fatboy

Hey all!

I want to add passenger foot boards to my '12 Fatty. I removed the right side bracket when I installed the Pro pipes and now I'm a little confused on fitment. Can anyone out there point me in the right direction for a part #?

Thanks!

i feel your pain man, been there done that.....get the floorboard brackets from a heritage and your done

the stock floorboard brackets:

the heritage brackets look just like the one on the upper left (2 of em) and both floorboards will then look like the one on the left as well

+1 The heritage brackets fit no problem. I put them on my 2012 after I replaced the stock exhaust.

Ahh yes, that is beautiful water, it is on the shore of the west bay of Grand Traverse Bay off Lake Michigan. I could be wrong but I think that it was part # J&P Part: 5500000.
That photo is quite near Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park area, here's one from the top of Sleeping Bear Dune itself overlooking Lake Michigan...

About an hour south along the shore and south from Traverse City, here's Little Sable Point lighthouse another couple hour ride from home...

A little ride north from Traverse City is the Mackinaw Bridge, spanning the lower pennisula of Michigan to the upper peninsula...

I just went through a similar thing on my Fatty. But I can't remember the part number. The easiest thing to do is call your local dealer and ask them to look it up. Any competent parts guy should be able to help with no problem as this is a rather common situation.

I'm going to be in the Motor City on business in June. I might have to stay a few days to take in the scenery. It looks fantastic.

BTW, thanks for the part #....

If you make it to the bridge on your bike, be careful as there are partial lanes that are made out of steel grates and they feel like your riding on ice even in the summer.
Tahquamenon Falls is about an hour drive north of the bridge

It appears like rootbeer is going over the falls instead of water

Of course you could always make it to Mackinaw Island and see the Grand Hotel:
Or look at the houses on the Island:
