I really don't understand why anyone would care what someone says about their choice of bike. To me it is simple tell the salesman to sell you the bike you want and that you are not paying him for his opinion or go to a different dealer. Depending on where you live there are a lot of dealers to choose from. Harley's are emotional choice but if you are objective about what you want and what you need you will make and informed decision. How a motorcycle rides and how comfortable I am operating it especially since my wife rides with me were the most important factors in what bike I chose.

I own a Heritage and cannot imagine riding any other bike. I ride for me. You ride for you. Get what you want and the salesman can get bent.

Heritage...Deluxe...Fatboy...theyre all the same. I have a 2011 Deluxe. Bang for the buck...the Heritage is a better buy. But if youre going to custkmize it then it doesn't matter. I didnt want bags or a windshield so i got a Deluxe instead. I like the slim look, slim rear end...so Deluxe was perfect!

Rode it, loved it, bought it.
While it may be a vertically challenged persons bike.
Nobody tells me I look like a girl riding it.
